Warranty
Seven Letters® is
committed to providing the highest level of products and services to our
customers. Hand Built in the Sierra Nevada™,
all Seven Letters®
products are handcrafted in Reno, Nevada and designed to survive the
test of time. We are here to provide top quality products and we
stand by everything we make. If you ever notice any defects in the
workmanship of our products at any time during the 90-day warranty
period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Warranties do
not cover damage due to misuse, rather it is intended to cover defects
of workmanship. Products will be replaced with the same size,
color, and or model as those originally purchased.
Please contact your local Seven Letters® dealer with any warranty claims;
they'll know what to do. You can also mail it to us; just be sure
to include a brief explanation of what your claim is, and make sure you
provide a return address.
